IONS Senior Fellow Cassandra Vieten, with the John W. Brick Mental Health Foundation where she serves as Executive Director, is hosting 10-10-20, Move Your Mental Health. From October 1 – October 10, 2020, a community around the world is committing to move their bodies for ten minutes per day, for ten days.
When you register, you’ll receive a new 10-minute video to boost your mood and lift your spirits each day, including Wim Hof teaching his famous breathing method, Mingtong Gu leading Wisdom Healing Qigong, yoga, dance, laughter yoga, cardio, interval, and shadowboxing. Supports research to make mental health care more holistic, including body, mind and spirit.
