Imagination and Noetic science go hand in hand. The aim of science is to be critically open-minded about any claim, regardless of how outrageous the claim may appear to be. Although skeptics may be proud to declare something impossible, such declarations are almost always wrong, and they often arise out of a failure of imagination. They suffer from a condition IONS Dean Radin calls IDS (Imagination Deficit Syndrome).
