Phase 1 of this study found improvements in older adults with depression’s pain severity and insomnia compared to controls from a 6-week internet mindfulness meditation intervention. Phase 2 will develop an app to make the delivery of this intervention more widely available. Phase 3 will investigate the effects of an online webinar series to evaluate its effects on depression symptoms in older adults.
