Join Dr. Michael Sapiro, for a special ConnectIONS live on May 27th as he shares his experiential presentation on ketamine-assisted therapy. In times when isolation and feeling separated are at an all-time high, we need experiences that elicit profound growth through noetic experiences, and target healing and transformation of body, mind, spirit, community, and planet. Ketamine-assisted therapy provides us with a safe and highly effective modality for increasing wellbeing, and for the relief of treatment-resistant depression, chronic pain, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and a variety of other mental and physical disorders. During the Ketamine experience, people report deep states of relaxation and heightened awareness, mindfulness and self-acceptance, antidepressant effects, out-of-body and dissociative experiences, a nondual sense of Beingness, and increased insights about who we are spiritually. The Ketamine experience is a noetic one, in that the material of the psyche is revealed, the spirit world opened, and the nondual field of awakened awareness contains it all.

In this experiential presentation, Dr. Sapiro bridges science, psychology, and spirituality as he explores and explains how Ketamine can be used as a tool to bring mysticism to the public, and into the medical and healing fields. Ketamine therapy works on three levels: physiological, psychological, and spiritual and you will have a chance to participate in a meditation that brings all three domains into focus. For Dr. Sapiro, this is our nature and our work: to know we are that which is beyond time and space, the formless loving Source from which all arises and returns, is the ultimate lesson of this medicine. He believes we are both the Mystery itself and the conditions that arise within it; that we are both the Universe, and a very unique, personalized expression of the Universe learning about Itself while living through us.
SPEAKER
Michael Sapiro, PsyD, is a clinical psychologist, psychedelic-assisted therapist, transformational coach, writer, meditation teacher and researcher, and former Buddhist monk. He is MAPS trained, is on faculty at Esalen Institute, is a Fellow at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, and is core faculty in the Psychedelic’s Today Vital psychedelic certification program. He recently completed a study on time travel, hope, and love with Dr. Julia Mossbridge of The Institute for Love and Time. Dr. Sapiro teaches nationally on the art and science of transformation, expanded human capabilities, and futuremaking. He is the integrative psychologist at the Boise Ketamine Clinic where he offers Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (individual KAP and group KAT) sessions, and is an integrative coach and consultant with VETS Solutions, Seal Future Foundation, and Sabot Foundation, helping former Navy Seals and other special operations team members recover from combat exposure with psychedelic-assisted therapy. He also works therapeutically with first responders (police, SWAT, and Fire). He hosted a syndicated radio program on expanded human potential called Radio Awakened out of KRBX now found on Soundcloud.
