Giving Tuesday Q&A with the IONS Science Team

November 29, 2022 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (PST)

Have you ever wanted to learn more about IONS ground-breaking noetic science research and its many practical applications? Giving Tuesday is on November 29th, and we invite you to join us that day from 11 AM-12 PM PST for a special online Q&A event with our IONS Science Team. This will be your chance to ask them questions and discover more about noetic studies.

Not only will this be an informative event, but you’ll also have the opportunity to win a Muse device. Muse is an EEG-powered, brain-sensing headband that uses real-time biofeedback to help you refocus during the day and recover overnight. Muse devices retail at $399, and anyone who attends our Giving Tuesday gathering will be eligible to receive one of the three Muse devices we will be giving away as door prizes.

If you enjoy our webinars and events and are not already a member, please consider becoming an IONS member. Enjoy several free gifts from us, including a guided meditation, printable posters, and our new Noetics 101 course. Become a member today.

Dean Radin, MS, PhD Dean Radin, MS, PhD, is Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences and Associated Distinguished Professor at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Before joining the research staff at IONS in 2001, he held appointments at AT&T Bell Labs, Princeton University, University of Edinburgh, and SRI International. Dr. Radin is author or coauthor of hundreds of technical articles, some 125 peer-reviewed journal articles, four dozen book chapters, and four best-selling, popular books. He has given over 600 invited presentations and interviews for government, military, business, scientific, and other groups around the world.

Garret Yount, PhD Garret Yount, PhD, is a Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. Dr. Yount’s primary interest is bridging molecular neurobiology with aspects of consciousness and the nonmaterial mind. He began his formal studies in consciousness research with a small grant from the Institute of Noetic Sciences in 1995, which allowed him to work with biofield practitioners and spiritual healers in the laboratory. Dr. Yount was among the first scientists to be awarded a Research Project Grant (R01) from the National Institutes of Health to study energy healing. He has spoken nationally and co-authored peer-reviewed papers on the topic of establishing rigorous guidelines for research into biofields and micro-psychokinesis.

Arnaud Delorme, PhDArnaud Delorme, PhD, is a CNRS principal investigator in Toulouse, France, a faculty member at the University of California, San Diego, and a Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. He is a long-time Zen meditator, and has taught in India on the neural correlates of conscious experience in a Master’s degree program for the Birla Institute of Technology. He is the author of some 160+ peer-reviewed publications, and is best known for developing the EEG software that is now the most-used in EEG research worldwide.
