We’re pleased to announce that IONS now accepts crypto. Thanks to the integration of The Giving Block and Endaoment, you can now support research on the evolution of consciousness by sending gifts in over 70 crypto coins – including Bitcoin and Ethereum.
This new giving method is aligned with IONS forward-thinking and will make giving more convenient for many of our donors. What is crypto? Crypto, or cryptocurrency, is a means of exchange that is unregulated and managed by a distributed network of users. Unlike traditional currencies, like the US dollar, it is not reliant on a central bank or government. The users are located all over the world.
To make your gift, simply click the “Donate Crypto” button for Endaoment, or make your gift directly on our site via The Giving Block widget. You can donate anonymously, and the donation is tax-deductible. Gifts made in the month of June were matched up to $100,000 through a challenge match launched by a group of generous donors. One of them is the very first IONS crypto donor, Eugene Jhong.
