IONS is hosting the conference via the Airmeet platform, which offers an immersive interactive experience for conference attendees.
Airmeet provides robust support via live chat and an extensive resources library to help you create an impactful booth.

Additionally, Airmeet will provide a 1-hour live online training session for registered Exhibitors on Friday, May 17, 2024 at 9 am Pacific Daylight Time. The session will be recorded for those who cannot attend at the scheduled time.

Booth rental is just $350 and includes 2 exhibitor tickets for entry to all conference presentations
- Exhibitor tickets for additional booth staff (up to 8) may be purchased for $175 each
To Reserve Your Booth:
- Fill out an application (the application period ends May 15, 2024)
- Upon approval:
- Sign your contract
- Submit payment to IONS
- We’ll click the “launch” button and then you are then ready to set up your booth!
