As the saying goes, there is a strength in numbers, which is true with meditation as well. There have been several studies on the effects of collective coherence on technical instruments such as random number generators (RNGs), including long-term meditators having a higher probability of increasing effect size. There are even studies of group meditators affecting crime rates. At the very least, it’s nice to just sit and “be” in community with heartfelt intention.
As part of the Holistic Centers Network’s upcoming annual gathering, we invite you to participate in a live world-wide meditation with people from 25 holistic centers around the globe.
The intention:
“To bring ourselves into resonance with the heartbeat of Gaia in a global meditation. The meditation will be live-streamed through the Holistic Centers Network Facebook group using Facebook Live. Joining the meditation is a way to participate more fully in the evolving life of the planet.”
