IONS Conscious Aging Facilitators
Marc Blesoff and Evalina Everidge

Aging is challenging, and a youth-obsessed culture can create a lot of anxiety about growing older. Yet the later years of life are also a time of incredible opportunity for spiritual, emotional and psychological growth.

Join us for a highly experiential hour, in which we will explore explore ways in which we can invite shifts in consciousness away from self-limitation, lack, isolation, and fear and toward expansiveness, inclusiveness, wholeness, connection, and compassion.

About the Presenters

Marc BlesoffMarc Blesoff used to think he knew everything. Now, he knows nothing and has glimpsed trust. He used to believe in coincidence, but he doesn’t anymore. For over 30 years, Marc was a criminal defense attorney. Then a mediator. Five years ago, he began facilitating the IONS Conscious Aging Workshops program and hasn’t stopped. It has helped him melt the armor that he built up in his previous careers and get closer to being the person he’d like to be. And it has helped him get a clue about who that person is. He is a Certified IONS Conscious Aging Facilitator and a member of A Tribe Called Aging.

Evalina EveridgeEvalina Everidge is a retired Hospice RN, a holistic consultant, life transitions counselor and a jazz vocalist. She is passionate about exploring a perspective of aging that embraces possibility, inclusivity and an appreciation of impermanence. The privilege of supporting others at the edge of their physical existence provided gifts of awareness that continue to guide and inspire her in determining what really matters. Evalina finds compassion and strength engaging in conversation with other older people about the humility, challenges and joy of reframing aging. She is a Certified IONS Conscious Aging Facilitator and a member of A Tribe Called Aging.
