Whether you’re leading a workshop, facilitating a business meeting, or guiding an organizational retreat, IONS Discovery Lab can evaluate the outcomes of the experience through a robust scientific assessment. We provide deep insights not often found in traditional program surveys.

We’ll guide your participants to complete two brief questionnaires — one before and one after the experience — to capture a series of core measures, such as their sense of well-being, openness to innovation, and feelings of interconnectedness. We also include EEG measurements to understand their brain waves before and after your workshop.
We then analyze the data from the questionnaires to provide you with clear, evidence-based results about how the experience impacted your clients. This report can be used to further develop your offerings or improve your current programs.
