The Art and Science of Transformation in Everyday Life
Project Status: Complete
Our Living Deeply project consisted of a book, DVD (out of print), and online workshops. They were based on over 10 years of scientific research exploring the phenomenon by which people make significant shifts in the way they view the world and themselves.
The book moves spirituality off the mountain top and into your daily life… one step at a time. It reveals the perennial wisdom across religions, cultures, and traditions that can help you to live more fully and deeply.
The online course contains nine experiential practices guided by master teachers of transformative traditions including: Catholicism, Religious Science, Buddhism, Himalayan Yoga, Cross-Cultural Shamanism, Sufism, Expressive Arts, Kabbalism, and African Yoruban Spirituality. This unique and compelling video, appropriate for both individual and group use, offers a glimpse into spiritual practices that you might not otherwise encounter. The workshops blend the rigors of science with the deep wisdom of the world’s spiritual traditions offering key insights from the decade-long qualitative and quantitative research study of how people transform their lives.
