Once the owner of a thriving Atlanta ad agency, a devoted father and husband, Tom Matte’s life shattered under the weight of cocaine addiction and a resulting mental health crisis. His descent led to a harrowing cross-continent odyssey—luxury hotels, rehab facilities, psych wards, and homelessness. Most who lose their mind this way never return to tell the tale. Tom was one of the lucky ones.
Emerging sober and rebuilt, he discovered his brain had fundamentally changed—for the better—in ways neuroscientists and researchers are only beginning to explore.
Today, Tom harnesses this rare ability, which he calls Upsight Vision: the power to see and interact with holographic images radiating from himself, you, and everyone around us. These vivid projections reveal unconscious thoughts, hidden talents, and deep insights lurking just below the surface.

Her work centers fidelity to firsthand testimony, ethical storytelling, and intellectual rigor over spectacle.
