Laughing with Spirits – An Introduction to Psychological Shamanism
September 12, 2019
5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Have you ever wanted to connect with spirits and natural energies? Have you ever felt a calling to go beyond the “normal” world?
Psychological Shamanism combines western science with spiritual practices to explore physical and non-physical worlds for the health and well-being of the individual and the community.
Facilitated by Jan Ögren, MA, LMFT, this 90-minute experiential webinar will introduce Psychological Shamanism through stories, illustrations and exercises. You will learn some basic principals of:
- The Love Fountain, to encourage healthy self-care and the avoidance of co-dependence, and
- “Gathing,” the experience of feeling guided on one’s path in life — where the question changes from ‘what do I want to do?’ to ‘what is the world encouraging me to do?’
You will also be introduced to core concepts of how to create healthy relationships with spirits and natural energies.
