UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center (GGSC) is hosting this ground-breaking conference to explore the connections between mindfulness and compassion. Speakers, including best-selling author Jon Kabat-Zinn (keynote), will discuss how to apply cutting-edge science to the real world, focusing particularly on how mindfulness can deepen our relationships. Other presenters will include Kristin Neff, author of Self-Compassion; Paul Gilbert, founder of Compassion Focused Therapy; and Dacher Keltner, faculty director of the GGSC. Attendees will learn research-tested mindfulness and compassion practices, and hear from program leaders who have fostered mindfulness and compassion in schools, health care, and beyond. This will be webcast live!


REGISTRATION
Standard registration is $199, which includes lunch, morning pastries, and refreshments throughout the day. Webcast registration is $149. Student registration is $149.
