Valentine Giraud-Robben

Valentine Giraud-Robben, an IONS Board Member, was born in Brazil and raised in a family of manifold ethnic roots. She grew up following different spiritual practices, learning about social and environmental activism, and discussing the paradigm shift of our times. She went to India as an AIESEC trainee at a grassroots NGO dedicated to rural development and went on to join Planet Finance, an international NGO focused on building bridges among microfinance institutions locally, regionally, and internationally. Giraud-Robben is currently working on a book that tells the story of her life as the story of her generation.
