Stephen LaBerge, PhD

Stephen LaBerge, PhD, received his doctorate in psychophysiology from Stanford University, where he researched consciousness, dreaming and waking, for twenty-five years. He has taught courses on sleep and dreaming, psychobiology, and consciousness at Stanford, the California Institute of Integral Studies, Saybrook University, and San Francisco State University. He is the author of Lucid Dreaming, Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, and Lucid Dreaming: A Concise Guide.
