"Transformative Practices" with Fred Luskin
Fred Luskin makes the distinction between justice, reconciliation, condoning and forgiveness. Forgiveness does not mean you condone the action. It doesn't mean you have to reconcile with or like the person who did it. He says that forgiveness is a skill that can be learned and he will describe tools and techniques we can use to transform our lives through the practice of forgiveness.
