Peter Baumann
Peter Baumann was raised in Berlin and joined the Tangerine Dream, a musical group there. They recorded and toured until 1980. Peter then moved to New York City where he founded a record company, Private Music. He was CEO until 1994 when the company was sold to RCA. Since then Peter has developed real estate in Los Cabos, Mexico. He resides in Malibu where he serves as director of several privately held real estate and natural resource companies. Mark A. Calhoun
Mark A. Calhoun is Legal Affairs Committee Chair of the IONS Board of Directors.
He is a practicing attorney that has focused his legal career in civil litigation and domestic and international arbitration. He has a broad base of experience in several industries, including technology, real estate, energy, telecommunications, aviation, transportation, and finance. Mark has tried over 35 cases of which half were jury trials. Mark possesses wide-ranging experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution as an advocate and as a settlement counsel, mediator and arbitrator, both domestically and internationally. His background aids in helping clients reach strategic solutions to complex problems, especially when industry knowledge is paramount.
Apart from his practice he has been very active in the business side of both the legal industry and non-legal businesses. He serves as director for for-profit and not for-profit companies and sits as an arbitrator in complex domestic and international arbitrations. He also founded and ran, for 28 years, the Texas-based firm, Calhoun Stacey, which merged into Winstead. At Winstead, Mark was ultimately involved in management before joining Greenberg Traurig as a principal partner. He is also on the Board of the Institute for Creative Capitalism in Austin, Texas, and on the advisory board of The University of Texas at Dallas.

Danah Zohar
Danah Zohar was born and educated in the United States. She studied Physics and Philosophy at MIT, and then did her postgraduate work in Philosophy, Religion & Psychology at Harvard University. She is the author of the best-sellers The Quantum Self, The Quantum Society, and SQ: Connecting With Our Spiritual Intelligence, books which extend the language and principles of quantum physics into a new understanding of human consciousness, psychology and social organization. In 1997 she published Who's Afraid of Schrödinger's Cat?, a survey of 20th century scientific ideas, and her business book, ReWiring the Corporate Brain. Her latest book is Spiritual Capital: Wealth We Can Live By.
