Research Question

Can meditation training support individuals to improve health outcomes and their ability to access information not limited by space and time?

Project Summary

Phase 1 of this study found improvements in older adults with depression's sleep impairment compared to controls from a two-day iRest meditation training. Phase 2 will develop integrate an iRest curriculum for older adults with depression into IONS Conscious Aging program.
