Chief Scientist Dean Radin and the IONS team are world-renowned experts in parapsychology, sometimes called “psi” research.  Studies throughout the world employ methods pioneered at IONS, and we remain a go-to source for trustworthy research on frontier topics such as precognition, extrasensory perception, and mind-matter interactions.

Collaboration is key to building a movement. In 2015, IONS and a network of colleagues came together to form the Consciousness and Healing Initiative to pave the way for a more complete model of healing that includes the subtle energy dimensions of our health and well-being. This special issue of Global Advances in Health and Medicine, promoted by Deepak Chopra and Arianna Huffington, was one of the first outcomes of this collective.
