Potluck dinner followed with a presentation by the Founder and Director of What the World Could Be—an organization focused on creating positive change by showing people-scale solutions to some of our big challenges.

About our Speaker

Ken Walden is the Founder and Director of What the World Could Be. The organization’s current focus is on solving global warming and our economic situation by interviewing our wisest thinkers and by highlighting solutions that are already at work but which are not yet reported by massive media.

The website: helps educate viewers on complex topics with short and easy to follow films. They also offer a well-researched list of solutions anyone can implement that will save them money, improve their health, and help solve the large issues.

At human scale, the solutions to many of these large problems are simpler than most people think. People learn quickly by seeing the examples of how others have responded to the challenges they face. Implementing a solution builds self-confidence and expands awareness, so new problems can faced.

What the World Could Be works closely with Project Censored which is a media research group of over 110 professors at 20+ Universities and their students. They have also interviewed several leading experts in their respective fields which include David Korten, Dr. Vandana Shiva, Kenny Ausubel, Duane Elgin, and others.

Ken will speak about What the World Could Be, its collaboration with Project Censored to highlight the good news that is being neglected, and he will share a well-researched, clear path to solving these complex issues.

This is an invitation to be part of the solution, please join us.
