Bill will be presenting on the geological and biological history of Northeast Alabama, Northwest Georgia, and Southeast Tennessee over the past 500 million years. Bill started visiting Lookout Mountain in the 1970s and fell so in love with the geology, flora, and fauna of the Cumberland Plateau, Lookout Mountain, and Little River Canyon near Mentone that he and his wife Rebecca moved here in 1985.

Bill Adams has been the owner of Adams Outdoors for 32 years; a lodging and recreation camp on Lookout Mountain in Cherokee County Alabama. Bill's BS degree is in Communication Arts and Political Science. Over the years Bill's knowledge has evolved from researching local history, physiography, and dynamic geology. He enjoys sharing his findings with friends and people/groups lodging with us at Adams Outdoors.

We hope to see you there. Like all our meetings, this one is open to visitors and is free of charge.
