Through ancient healing practices we can discover what brings us our own inner peace and, in turn, extend it to others. Together we will experience the power of the wisdom body and the healing insight of the subconscious mind through holistic hypnosis, primordial chi gung, sound therapy, walking the labyrinth, connecting with the land, writing, and art. As skilled practitioners, we will teach, guide, and hold space for the intimate group of participants through inner journeys that lead toward centered balance and health.
In this workshop we will learn to…
- open pathways for mind-body healing to experience self through holistic hypnosis,
- allow self-awareness and inner peace to energize our entire being through primordial chi gung,
- illuminate shadows and recall self-love through the healing power of the labyrinth,
- integrate and align our systems through vibrational sound healing,
- awaken our creative spirit through writing and art.
