For almost 6 years, Mindful Schools has been at the forefront of providing mindfulness training to schools via our direct service program, and training adults working with youth from all over the world in our curriculum. We have created high quality curriculums for youth ages 5-18 with depth and meaning while keeping our programming simple and accessible. Over the course of one full year of study and practice we aim to transmit the core “mindfulness & education” competencies that have emerged in our work with tens-of-thousands of children and adolescents.
This training is appropriate for classroom teachers, school administrators, psychologists, social workers, and other mental health providers, mentors, youth and family service organizations or employees, organizations providing mindfulness services, and anyone interested in integrating mindfulness into their individual or organizational work with young people in a profound and meaningful way.
