The out-of-body experience (OBE), or astral travel, is a tool to directly experience other non-physical dimensions. Advantages will be explained, like developing greater awareness, contacting spirit guides directly, finding our life task, how working with bio-energies is a key to their development, understanding the processes of death, and the benefits for spiritual growth. Common exit sensations and the current scientific research on the study of this ability will also be presented.

Wagner Alegretti, President of IAC, has been a consciousness researcher and instructor since 1986. He has presented at conferences, given multiple courses worldwide, and has been featured in major media such as Discovery en Español. He is one of the leading authorities on out-of-body experiences and psychic development, and has developed many courses on the subject. He is author of Retrocognitions, a best selling book on past-life recall, written in Portuguese and translated to English, Spanish, and Japanese.

Nanci Trivellato is one of the most experienced researchers in conscientiology, especially with non-physical perception, synchronicities, and human energetic fields. She has experienced parapsychic phenomena since she was seven years old. Trivellato has presented conferences in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and has appeared on TV and radio. She is founder and editor of the Journal of Conscientiology, and winner of the Global Prize on Conscientiological Research.
