This training is designed for health and healing professionals (OB-GYN, reproductive and pediatric physicians, nurses, midwives, doulas, lactation specialists, prenatal yoga teachers and massage therapists, psychologists and marriage/family/child counselors) who work with pregnant women, childbirth, and parents of infants, toddlers, and young children. Meditation experience is required.
Participants will receive training in how to incorporate mindfulness-based interventions and concepts into their work with pregnant women, childbirth, and new parents. The workshop will be taught in eight modules.

Module 4: Mindful Awareness of Thoughts

Module 6: The Qualities of Mindfulness
Module 7: Self-Compassion and Mindfulness in Relationships
