(All times are local to the event.)
Join Peter as he leads participants through a journey of inner exploration, addressing questions such as: What is consciousness? What is reality? Can science and spirituality be reconciled? What lies at the heart of the world's spiritual teachings? How can we release our minds from fear, judgment, and attachment and so become morepresent and alive? And what is our true self?
In this workshop, Peter will share his latest thinking on why consciousness is a fundamental quality of the cosmos. Many have claimed this from spiritual and metaphysical perspectives; what makes Peter's model unique is that he arrives at this conclusion using contemporary physics and psychology.
The workshop includes talks, group discussion, self-inquiry, and guided meditation. Peter teaches how the key to meditation is something as simple as surrendering all effort and resistance. The beauty of this approach is that nothing needs to be changed or eliminated. Explore the essence of spiritual awakening and how to open to the wisdom, joy, and love that are our true nature.
The key to clear meditation is absolute effortlessness; we simply need to let go of the various thoughts that keep our minds busy and tense…simply surrendering to the fullness of the present moment. When we do, we discover for ourselves the essence of our own consciousness. —Peter Russell
What amazed me most was how simple and clear are the techniques that Peter teaches. Listening to his wisdom and experience, given so freely, easily and without ego or new age sensationalism, was a privilege. I would recommend Peter’s meditation weekend as an unforgettable experience to anyone. —A.C. (Australia)
If you are sincerely longing to find out more about who you are and what is keeping you stuck time and again, you will find great treasures in spending time with Peter. I know I did. —P.K. (Austria)
