Research shows that the human brain can change and grow at any age. A unique combination of biofeedback and exercises in visual art will awaken your dormant creativity. By becoming conscious of usually unconscious brain states, you will regain mastery over many aspects of your life.
Through exercises, body movement, and guided experiences in visual art, you can enhance creative pathways in your brain. The biofeedback you experience in the workshop will teach you how to find creative solutions to problems that confront you at home and at work.
