Tending to The Soul - The Sacred Within Us
Sunday, April 8, 2018 - 10:00am to 3:30pm

Allow yourself a day to tend to your soul in the safe company of others. You will gather to explore your relationship with grief through listening, writing, song and movement throughout the day long workshop. Grief doesn’t only affect us because we lose a loved one. Grief affects us every time something goes differently than we expected in our life or even in the world. When disappointment arises a certain level of grief accompanies it. Throughout life this can become cumulative, taking a back seat to our everyday existence. The day will end with an opportunity to acknowledge your grief in a safe and respectful place. Based on the work of Francis Weller's, "The Wild Edge of Sorrow," join Angela as she leads you into a safe, sacred place of healing.

You needn't be in a current state of chaos or suffering to benefit from the Power of Tending to your Soul.
