Prior to, she spent a decade working in the entertainment industry where she cultivated a love of story-telling. As a lifelong learner Pamela possesses a passion for healing and the advancement of women leaders. She is the board chair of the TahDah Foundation and Co-Exec Producer of SVI Hollyhock and lives in Oakland, CA with her husband, daughter and frisky cat.

Her career has ranged from environmental and human rights activist (Friends of the Earth Indonesia, Greenpeace, Rainforest Action Network), convener of conscious enterprise networks and events (Social Venture Network, Social Venture Institute), and founding employee of multiple start-ups (Sungevity, David Brower Center, Social Venture Institute, Borneo Project, 1000 Flowers). She sits on various for and non-profit boards and calls Berkeley, California her home.
