Renewing Your Passion and Purpose at Mid Life

This is a retreat for women, men and couples exploring holistic approaches to discovering what’s next, whether you are post-career, an empty nester or simply missing clear purpose and direction.

You will learn the essentials of "retirement" lifestyle planning by using the clear step by step processes developed over the last ten years by The 3rd Act. They will help you develop a vision statement and clarify next steps to support you in making your vision a reality.

About the Presenter(s): 

Patricia Cavanaugh’s company, The 3rd Act, promotes positive aging among the boomer and traditional generations through workshops, workbooks, individual and couples coaching, website, blog, and a monthly newsletter. From the mid 1970’s to the mid 80’s, Patricia was instrumental in the development and implementation of the workshop “Money and You” and the Burklyn Business School. Patricia has a MA in Counseling Psychology and is licensed as an MFT, and has been a practicing psychotherapist since 1984. She is also a certified Third Age Coach and serves clients in Berkeley and Sebastopol, CA.




Ellie Klevins brings over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development and Coaching experience to The 3rd Act. Her passion is supporting people through transition to create satisfying and rewarding lifestyles. She has an engaging facilitation style, and she is known for her ability to guide people towards achieving challenging goals and overcoming obstacles to success. Ellie received her BS in Human Resources Management from San Jose State University and her MS in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She is also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute.
