Sample Cost for Lodging and Meals

Friday dinner through Sunday lunch (2 nights and 6 meals)
Cost per person staying in a shared room: $290
Cost per person staying in a single room: $350

 


Our lodges are modest and simple with 8 dorm buildings and accommodations for 100+ overnight guests. Single and shared rooms are available; most have two twin beds, some have double/queen beds. The bathrooms in each dorm are shared with other guests. Linens and towels are provided. Rates are based on 4pm arrival and 9am departure.

Shared Room: $85/person per night*
Two people to a room, twin beds, some double/queen beds

Single Room: $115/person per night
One person in a room, twin beds, some double/queen beds

* For a room to be billed as a "shared room," there should be two guests in the room. For instance, a group of 20 could be booked into 10 shared rooms; a group of 21 would be booked into 10 shared rooms and 1 single room.

The EarthRise kitchen serves 3 delicious meals a day. Breakfasts and lunches are protein-rich vegetarian (unless otherwise requested). Dinners are fish or poultry with a vegetarian option. Our kitchen works diligently with clients and guests to accommodate special needs that include vegan, gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free, and other dietary requests. Coffee, tea, and snacks are available in the Community Building throughout the day.

Meeting Rooms for Day Use Only
Fees for meeting rooms with no overnight lodging are double the prices with overnight lodging as listed above.

Meeting Space and Exclusive Use
There may be other groups on campus during your stay. You may arrange for exclusive use with a minimum guaranteed booking of 60 lodging rooms.

Audio/Visual
Basic A/V needs can be arranged with our Events Manager. There is a $25 per item, per day charge.

Internet Service
Free internet service is available across campus to all guests. No password is required.

Deposit and Contract Information

Rates and contract are based on the estimated number of participants at the time your contract is prepared. Numbers may be increased or decreased pending availability and the timing of your request.

A 20% booking deposit is required to hold space. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and the signed contract. We are not able to hold space without a signed agreement and deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than four months prior to the date of a reserved event will be refunded reservation deposits, less a $250 service charge. Deposits for cancellations less than four months prior to the date of a reserved event will not be refunded in full.
