Meeting Areas

Numerous meeting spaces welcome both formal and informal gatherings. Five indoor meeting rooms accommodate groups of 5 to 120 and can easily be configured for yoga and movement activities. All indoor spaces are air-conditioned and heated.

The West Room can seat up to 120 people. The main room is 35’ x 58’ with two additional breakout rooms, each approximately 11’ x 10’. It has carpeting, private restrooms, two side offices, and front and back entrances. This space is well suited for audio and visual technical equipment. It is next to the housing facilities, making it convenient and comfortable for deep transformative work. It can also be used for yoga, movement, meditation, and other types of practice.

The west facing wall of sliding glass doors opens to a deck, perfect for panoramic views of the California sunset!

The Skylight Room is our newest room and seats up to 60. It has beautiful skylights and much natural light with views to the creek and oak grove behind it. It is our second largest meeting space with a flat floor plan making it ideal for yoga, movement, meditation, and other types of practice. 1205 sq feet including a 9.5' x 16' breakout room. The main body of the room is 28' x 36' + small protrusions.

Our Amphitheater has tiered seating for up to 100 people. The building is across the way from The Commons (dining area), and is ideal for lectures or group discussions. It is fully carpeted, has private bathrooms in the building, and can be set up with chairs, cushions, and/or backjacks for comfortable floor seating.

 

Garden View Room

The Garden View Room is a cozy, private space that seats 30. It is normally arranged as a lounge with couches and chairs in an open circle, but can be reconfigured for your group's needs. It is an excellent space for dialogue and interview work. It measures 22' by 20'.

 

Oak View Room

The Oak View Room is a peaceful and inviting private space nestled in the oak forest. It is located at one end of the Research and Communications building and has its own private door that opens onto a woodsy path. There is easy access to private rest rooms. This room measures about 19' x 19' and has a new cork floor that is covered with a large rug. It can be set up with chairs, cushions, and/or backjacks for comfortable floor seating, and without the rug this room can be used for yoga practice.
