Meeting Areas

Numerous meeting spaces welcome both formal and informal gatherings. Five indoor meeting rooms accommodate groups of 5 to 120 and can easily be configured for yoga and movement activities. All indoor spaces are air-conditioned and heated.

West Room

West RoomThe West Room can seat up to 120 people. The main room is 35’ x 58’ with two additional breakout rooms, each approximately 9’ x 10’. It has carpeting, private restrooms, and front and back entrances. This space is well suited for audio and visual technical equipment. It is next to the lodging facilities, making it convenient and comfortable for deep transformative work. It can also be used for yoga, movement, meditation, and other types of practice.

West Room Back Deck

West Room Back DeckThe west facing wall of sliding glass doors opens to a deck, perfect for panoramic views of the California sunset!

Skylight Room

Skylight RoomThe Skylight Room and seats up to 50 guests, theater style. It has beautiful skylights and much natural light with views to the creek and oak grove behind it. It is our second largest meeting space with a flat floor plan making it ideal for yoga, movement, meditation, and other types of practice. 1205 sq feet including a 9.5' x 16' breakout room. The main body of the room is 28' x 36' + small protrusions.

Forest View Room

Skylight RoomOur new Forest View Room is 1,050 square feet hardwood floor, ideal for yoga or dancing, and can accommodate up to 45 people. 

Garden View Room

Garden View RoomThe Garden View Room is a cozy, carpeted space that seats 25 and can be configured for your group's needs with chairs, backjacks and/or tables. It is adjacent to the dining hall inside the Community Building and it is an excellent space for off-site retreats, group discussions, yoga and other types of practices. It measures 22' by 20'.

Oak View Room

Living RoomThe Oak View Room is a peaceful and inviting private space nestled in the oak forest that seats 15 people. It is located next to the Skylight Room and has its own private door that opens onto a woodsy path. There are easy access to rest rooms and is next door to the Community Building (dining hall). This room measures about 19' x 19' and has a cork floor that is covered with a small rug. It can be set up with chairs, cushions, and/or backjacks for comfortable floor seating, and without the rug this room can be used for yoga practice.
