Kathleen Erickson-Freeman, formerly IONS Elder Education Program Manager, has developed programs for the Donor Relations and Education teams at IONS for over ten years. She was also the program director for IONS' Conscious Aging project. Kathleen has a BA in Psychology and masters-level study in special education from California State University, Hayward, a teaching credential from Mills College, and has completed two years of advanced study in the cross-cultural components of leadership and the application of cultural wisdom traditions into contemporary life with Angeles Arrien. Before joining IONS, Kathleen was marketing co-director at Interaction Associates (IA), a global training and consulting organization that empowers people in organizations and communities to realize their most noble aspirations by training for and demonstrating the power of collaborative action. Kathleen has completed IA's certification training programs in Facilitation, Facilitative Leadership, and Meetings Management, and has facilitated small- and large-group programs for over 20 years.
