But what does science have to say about channeling? IONS hopes to shed some light onto the phenomenon through our comprehensive research program on channeling. Some of the questions we are evaluating are: What is the current state of published research on channeling? Are there defining characteristics of someone who reports to be a channel? Can we verify the information provided by channeling?

Tune into to hear the principal investigator, Dr. Helané Wahbeh, give an overview of the results the program has found thus far. She will share with us some of her experience and preliminary findings on full trance channeling and where the research project is going next. After the 45 minute presentation and Q&A with Helané, participants will then have the opportunity to break out into small discussion groups with others from around the world to discuss this topic.
